Gratitude - The Best Medicine Money Can't Buy


There are countless studies on how gratitude effects your body. How it can help your mind and body. How it can put you into the perfect state for sleeping because it helps the body release bad toxins, relax muscles, and soothe your nervous system.


On the flip side, being in a state of gratitude is powerful because it can energize you and put you into an extremely high vibe head space. This high vibe state is the perfect place to be when calling in the things you desire (like more money).


When you practice the art of "calling in your desires," you are manifesting. But if you try to manifest while in a low vibe, unhappy, or ungrateful state it becomes increasingly more difficult to see the things you want actually show up in your life.


That's why it's so important to start every single day (not just Thanksgiving) with a heart of gratitude.


Here are some simple ways you can practice gratitude each day:


Journal

Each morning write at least 3 things you are grateful for. But on top of that, write down things you are grateful for that you WANT. Your list could look something like this:

• I'm grateful for the roof over my head

• I'm grateful for my paid off car

• I' grateful for my family

• I'm grateful for the $20,000 in my savings account

When you write and think about things as if they have already happened and you show gratitude in advance, the Universe will reward you for it.


Speak Up

The people you are grateful for, the people you write down in your journal, TELL THEM! Expressing your gratitude directly to those people. It will not only lift your spirits but it will lift theres. You will cause a ripple effect of gratitude and feelings of appreciation.


Mantras & Affirmations

Create a list of mantras or affirmations that you know get you excited and elevated. So during the day if you notice yourself falling into a low vibe state, you can run through your affirmation and get you in the right head space again. BUT don't get me wrong, sometimes you just need to feel all the feelings and trying to "just be positive" is not an option. I get that. Do what feels right.


By having an open and thankful heart, expressing your gratitude out-loud, and having a few affirmations in your back pocket can truly up-level your manifestation game and start calling in the things your desire.
